Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all original packaging, accessories, charging cables, manuals, and included components.

Products must show no signs of misuse, modification, or unauthorised repairs.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a change of mind, except where required by applicable law. This exclusion does not apply to faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

How to Return

To initiate a return, email us at support@batterydepot.us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please contact us before shipping your item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Securely package your item to prevent damage during transit, using the original packaging whenever possible.

Portable power stations contain batteries and may require special shipping arrangements. Follow the return instructions we provide. If a battery is swollen, leaking, overheating, or otherwise damaged, do not ship it back before contacting us for specific guidance.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for another available product or model, subject to availability. Please contact us to confirm any price difference and arrange an exchange before sending your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If a return is rejected, we will explain the reason.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@batterydepot.us.

Please include your order number and, where safe to obtain, clear photos of the item, affected components, and packaging so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

Stop using any product that appears unsafe or has a damaged battery.

This reporting period does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
