Domestic Shipping

Available shipping options are displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times after dispatch typically range from:

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days.

• Express shipping, where available: 1–3 business days.

Portable power stations contain batteries, which may restrict available shipping methods and destinations. Express shipping may not be available for every product or location.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries where shipping is available for the ordered product. Available destinations and shipping methods are shown at checkout.

International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination, carrier, and customs processing. Battery shipping restrictions may affect availability and delivery times.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, chosen shipping method, and the size and weight of your order.

Any applicable free shipping promotions and their conditions will be displayed on our website.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery through the carrier’s website.

Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives your shipment.
